This really indicates one of the following

• A Web Part on this Page cannot be displayed. The type could not be found.
• A Web Part on this Page cannot be displayed. The type is not registered as safe.
• A Web Part on this Page cannot be imported. The type could not be found.
• A Web Part on this Page cannot be imported. The type is not registered as safe.
• A Web Form Control on this Page cannot be displayed. The type could not be found.
• A Web Form Control on this Page cannot be displayed. The type is not registered as safe.
• A Web Form Control on this Page cannot be imported. The type could not be found.
• A Web Form Control on this Page cannot be imported. The type is not registered as safe.

If the software doesn't know what it tried to do and why it failed, how should we know it.

The above error is accompanied by a happy security event log showing only success loggings. This is the default, showing failures in an eventlog would make life too easy.
